Slips when on a wood floor, tore after very first use. Better for general exercise than for yoga. The Sivan Yoga mat comes in 3 colors (red, blue & black.) I received a black yoga mat at no cost for evaluation. Both my wife and I have been using it for a couple weeks… she does yoga, I use it just as an exercise mat for crunches and general exercise.This is a fairly thick and squishy mat.
